For purposes of the Privacy Policy “Pet Valu’” means Pet Valu Canada, Inc and Pet Valu, Inc, and their respective successors.

  • process retail transactions in the ordinary course of our business;
  • respond to questions concerning our products and services;
  • provide customers with information about our marketing and promotional activities and advise them of new products and offers;

  • provide prospective franchisees with information about our franchise system;
  • qualify prospective franchisees as eligible franchise candidates; and
  • provide operators within our franchise system with access to third party group benefit providers.

PET VALU takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is kept safe from loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Only authorized personnel have access to your information. We retain your information only as long as is required for the purpose for which it was collected and for any legal or regulatory requirements. The steps taken to protect your information include:

You may ask for access to any personal information we hold about you. Summary information is available upon request. More detailed requests that require archival or other retrieval costs may be subject to a minimal fee to recoup the costs involved.
